Private sessions for moments of transition, uncertainty, or creative re-alignment.
Creative Inquiry offers a structured, reflective space to slow down and see what’s happening beneath urgency, noise, or internal pressure. We work together for you to regain a sense of coherence and direction through creative process.
This is a reflective creative practice, not psychotherapy, counseling, or coaching.
If what you are carrying is acute distress, trauma, or a mental-health crisis, that is real and it matters — and it belongs in a therapeutic or clinical setting, not this one. I offer art psychotherapy as a separate practice.
Sessions are conversational and guided. We work with attention, perception, and lived experience — sometimes through dialogue, sometimes through image-based or art-informed reflection, depending on what is useful.
We look at how your attention moves, how perception shapes experience and decision-making, and where effort, rest, and direction sit in relation to each other.
Adults who think deeply and reflectively, who experience complexity in how they attend, perceive, or work, and who want clarity without pressure to improve, fix, or perform.
Sessions
Online, by appointment.
Single session — $180 (60 minutes)
One conversation, for clarity or recalibration. Come once, or return when you need to.
