My approach

My practice is grounded in creating a safe, non-judgmental, and inclusive space. I view art as a living practice of meaning-making — a way to bring what is felt inside into relation with the outside world. Creative process allows us to externalize what resists language, to make visible what is often unseen, and to open space for new perspectives to emerge.

I work with the mind and body as an interconnected system, where thoughts, emotions, and sensations are in constant dialogue. Attending to these layers together can illuminate patterns, shift perception, and support more coherent ways of being. Healing, in this sense, is not a fixed destination but an unfolding practice of reconnecting with creativity, presence, and belonging in the wider world.
